We deliver manuals to multiple media channels, including print, CD-ROM, Web sites, PDF, and browser-based products. Below are descriptions of a wide variety of manuals - both print and electronic - that we have completed for our clients.

Conference Proceedings and Electronic Archives
For a large association with membership of over 18,000 people, we produced CD-ROMs of their quarterly journals that contain articles and short research papers, as well as archives of previous journals. Also documented on CD-ROM is the Association's Papers and Proceedings of their Annual Meetings. These PDF files contain search capabilities and active linking that allows for quick research and easy navigation through the file's text, graphics, and tables. In addition to programming and project management, we provided CD replication and fulfillment services.

Scientific Journals
A leading scientific journal publisher relied on us for project management, editorial, composition and prepress services for the print version of its journals. Additionally, we converted the print versions to SGML for the Web-based versions, which caters to over 12 million users in 87 countries.

Training Manuals for Truck Drivers
Utz Quality Foods, major snack food manufacturer, was looking to create new training materials for their truck drivers. Their training expenses were typically large because of the high turnover rate they experienced in this type of job. To help solve this problem, we created electronic training manuals on CD-ROM for their truck drivers that were self-paced and required little time from an instructor. These CDs included PowerPoint, sound and video, allowing the manufacturer to inexpensively train their revolving staff. Quizzes were also used to reinforce the training curriculum, with quiz results automatically e-mailed to the instructor upon completion of the training session.

Tax Preparation Guideline Manuals
To keep accountants abreast of the changes in the tax laws, we developed CD-ROM versions of the yearly tax preparation guidelines and checklists, allowing prompt update and distribution prior to tax season.
